Further appointments will not be granted <strong style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">unless cancellation fees are paid<\/strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>For patients who benefit from the dental insurance plan CDCP( Canadian dental care plan), please note that these cancellation or no-show fees are not allowed, by law, to be charged to the CDCP.
