1. You have been referred to an oral and maxillofacial surgeon.
2. A consultation and examination are necessary to properly assess your needs.
Before any surgical treatment, the surgeon must meet with you to review your medical and dental history and perform a clinical and radiographic examination. They will then be able to recommend an appropriate treatment plan.
Patients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian during their visits.

On the day services are rendered, the patient is responsible for paying the associated fees, INCLUDING any costs not covered by insurance and any co-payments (Accepted payment methods: Cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Interac). You will be provided with an insurance form so that you can claim reimbursement from your insurer based on your specific plan.
